Labor Support or Doula

I offer continuous labor support for the laboring mom and family at home, birth center or in hospital setting. This service includes: prenatal visits, birth plan, labor support, pictures, breastfeeding support, post partum visits and a letter to the baby. I will meet with you several times throughout your pregnancy and give you information, support and guidance to achieve the beautiful birth you want.

Childbirth classes

I provide natural childbirth classes for mom and coach. My classes start quarterly so email me for my next class schedule and my teaching technique. I prefer all my labor support clients to take classes either with me or another local natural childbirth teacher. I give discounts to couples wanting to take class and have labor support.

Post Partum Support or doula

As a postpartum doula I provide support in:

routine newborn care and guidance of the mother in bathing, cord care, diapering, soothing techniques, newborn nutrition and growth.
breastfeeding assistance
house-hold tasks including grocery shopping, meal preparation, light cleaning & laundry
care of older siblings
Running errands

I will provide support for as short as a several hours for a week to a few hours for the recovery period of six weeks .

My postpartum fee is $25 an hour.
